The seminar will be inaugurated by Professor Moon Jung-Hee, who will explore the artistic lineage formed by East Asian female artists in response to the influence of Western modern art. Following the opening, contemporary artist Hsueh Pao-Shia and mineral pigment (Gao-chai) painter Lee Chen-Hui will share their respective creative journeys, leading into a tripartite dialogue.
The discussion will delve into the spiritual essence of Abstract Expressionism, the reflections of art toward society and the self, and the pursuit of inner-outer permeability and fundamental essence in creation. This session aims to guide the audience in understanding diverse artistic perspectives across different media and creative contexts.
